KYSA ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT

The Kamloops Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) held a regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on Monday night (December 14).

The meeting is the first to take place following the organization’s Annual General Meeting, which was held on November 26th. It is at this meeting that the board selects its President and Vice-President for the coming year and assigns various responsibilities to its directors.

Tony Cuzzetto was chosen to preside over the association. Tony has been on the KYSA Board of Directors since November of 2012. He replaces Candace Dodson-Willis, who served as President of KYSA for the past four years. Candace will take on the Vice-President role this season.

Four board members’ terms expired at the association’s recent AGM and all four returned to the Board for another term. The other members of the KYSA Board of Directors are Corinn Bell, Jeff Murphy, Dennis Piva, Chris Russo and Andrew Williams.

The KYSA has a paid staff consisting of full-time employees Missy Cederholm (Executive Director), Ciaran McMahon (Technical Director) and Mark Bell (Senior Staff Coach) and part-time employee Carolyn Birch (Office Administrator). Justine Rinaldi is the organization’s contracted Bookkeeper.
